• Usage data — standard server logs may capture your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used for security and performance monitoring only.

We do not collect payment information. TotalOTD.com is a free service and we do not process financial transactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Send vehicle availability alerts and notifications you have opted into.
• Retrieve vehicle data from third-party data providers (Auto.dev) on your behalf.
• Calculate estimated taxes and fees relevant to your location.
• Improve the performance, reliability, and features of the Site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

TotalOTD.com uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Auto.dev — vehicle listing and data provider. When you enter a VIN, we transmit that VIN to Auto.dev to retrieve vehicle information.
• NHTSA — we query NHTSA's free public API for vehicle recall data. No personal information is transmitted to NHTSA.
• Supabase — used to store email addresses submitted by users.
• Resend — used to deliver email notifications you have requested.
• Vercel — our hosting provider. Vercel may log standard web traffic data as part of hosting operations.

4. Email Communications

If you provide your email address on TotalOTD.com, you consent to receive vehicle availability alerts related to the vehicle or search criteria you entered. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

We do not send promotional emails or share your email address with third-party marketers.

5. Data Retention

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. VINs and ZIP codes entered during a session are not stored after your session ends. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

TotalOTD.com is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Security
